Thai herbal balls are a method of treatment employed in traditional Thai medicine. The heated herbal ball is applied along Sen Lines, (similar to meridians), acupressure points, and joints. The balls are first steamed and then applied directly to the skin or through the client's clothing. The blend of traditional Thai herbs has a therapeutic, relaxing, and invigorating effect. Specific techniques incorporating use of the herbal ball with Swedish massage and Thai massage will be covered.
